Absolutely loved staying here! It is beautiful and cozy. We were able to walk to a lot of things. The pets are very friendly, quiet, and respectful of your space. They did not approach unless we went up to them and even then the cat would just sleep lol. The kindest hosts who gave us all the information we could ever need. This is a stay that I would say run to book if you see available.
Bed + Balance has the grace of being an extremely pristine home with a mid-century modern style building and tastefully crafted contemporary interiors.

Paul exemplifies what it means to be an Airbnb Superhost. From expedient text and prompt email messaging during the communication and check-in process, to the essential details of cleanliness, appointments & furnishings, location, generous use of shared common spaces, and even final check-out (e.g. Paul offered us a variety of custom pre-stamped photo-postcards as a parting gift.).
Paul raises the bar of what Airbnb HQ expects of its Superhosts across all hosting hospitality standards. We stayed five consecutive nights on a business trip held at the Puerto Rico Convention Center, which was a mere 10-minute-walk from Paul's place. His two Pugs are equally well-mannered, cute, and quiet. We would choose Paul's [Amenity Filled Central Chic Urban Boutique Oasis] again if we needed to stay in San Juan's Miramar District.

Perfect Airbnb and best host that I have ever had! Paul is extremely communicative and organized and his apartment is lovely :) Perfect ambiance! We wish we had stayed longer than one night but hopefully we will be back one day! 100% recommend!
