Paul provides a clean, comfortable and inviting place in the heart of San Juan. Best of all, Paul is a five-star concierge, providing recommendations to restaurants and even helping you get reservations at popular restaurants that are booked. We had heard mixed things about Puerto Rico and didn't know if we would like it, but we fell in love with it and I believe that is because Paul is a great ambassador for this U.S. Territory. We will be back and hope to stay with Paul again."
