Paul welcomed us as if we were family

"What a wonderful trip and airbnb experience! Paul was the consummate host. He welcomed us as if we were family to his beautiful, clean and comfortable home. Pre-booking communication was easy and he responded to all questions and requests very quickly. The information he provided before we arrived with directions and the beautiful website was helpful since I was not familiar with that area of the island. My family lives in Condado, and Paul's apartment is an easy 10 min drive, and it was great to have onsite secure parking included in the rental.

Paul loves hosting and provides the highest quality customer service. He has truly mastered the one thing that is the key to 5-star service: anticipation. He works daily to communicate with his guests seeking their feedback and strives to anticipate their every need - even before they know they need something.

You must love dogs - there are two lovely, friendly pets onsite. Both were kind and gentle with my three year old son, and they are not loud and are very obedient.

One of the best parts of our stay were the daily homemade pastries. I am still dreaming about the chocolate s'mores brownies!

The beds are very comfortable and there is AC in both bedrooms. Paul provides wonderful high-end bath supplies (shampoo, conditioner, exfoliant, facial cleanser etc.) and clean towels. There is also high speed wi-fi throughout the apartment.

Paul and I enjoyed a nightly glass of wine and he was always available for great conversation and company. But as a good host should, he also would disappear when I wanted my own space and time, and I always felt comfortable using the entire house freely.

I would highly recommend this listing and hope to return again soon!

"Paul contacted me via email immediately after I booked my stay with directions, details & a link to his beautifully designed website, which has so many excellent recommendations, restaurant suggestions & sight-seeing tips. Paul then went above and beyond upon my arrival to make me feel at home after a very long flight. My fab-host was always available to answer questions & helped me navigate this historic-beautiful city with ease.

His tropical paradise has five star touches; from top-of-the-line linens, to Q-tips & cotton balls & lovely toilet tissue (always an ample supply). I never needed to ask for anything because Paul's special little touches, from his amazing homemade muffins, teas & gourmet coffee, make you feel movie star pampered. There is a darling convenient store around the corner & the top rated fresh ceviche-empanada stand in the city; plus a block away is a local hidden dining gem! Basically in a nutshell; this is a spotless chic-private home & the best B&B in San Juan I could ever have hoped for, with overflowing supply of filtered "PUR" drinking water/Pellegrino/delightful snacks! After full days of being a typical-tourist; coming home to Paul's is a welcoming ECO-friendly Zen Respite. I recommend Paul's B&B as the only place to stay while in San Juan & I cannot wait to come back!"

"Paul is a great host. He is very welcoming, organized, detail-oriented and helpful. Before my friends and I set out for San Juan, Paul emailed me with very detailed instructions on how to get to the place, how to get the keys, what are some places to visit, etc. and that was off to a wonderful start.

The apartment is refreshing and beautifully decorated. These two days in San Juan definitely exceeded our expectations (which is tough because when you look at these beautiful pictures of the rooms, you wonder - how can it be even better than this). My friends and I enjoyed every bit of the stay, and we would love to recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a place that is cozy, fun, safe, and with a great helpful & resourceful host!"

We had a lovely time at Paul's place. His apartment is meticulously kept and tastefully decorated, reminding us of the W with a Parisian touch. As a host, Paul was friendly and very welcoming. We felt right at home since the very beginning. His two little dogs are the cutest little companions giving us with tons of love! Thank you Paul!
